The heatsink temperature may be exceeding +90 °C because the ambient temperature is too high (Tu > +40 °C or > +50 °C), the heatsink is dirty, or the mounting position is incorrect. Allow the module to cool and ensure better ventilation. Clean the heatsink. Change the mounting position.
What to do if my Lenze Control Unit motor temperature is above +150 °C?
If the motor temperature exceeds the +150 °C threshold, it could be due to thermal overload from impermissible continuous current or frequent/long acceleration processes, or because no PTC/temperature contact is connected. Check the drive dimensioning and correct the wiring.
