  If your LG TV remote isn't working, there are several potential causes: * Ensure the remote is in 'TV' mode using the MODE key. * Aim the remote directly at the IR receiver on the TV. * Move closer to the TV, reduce obstructions, or dim the room. * If applicable, verify the MPI cable is connected to the MPI device. * Replace weak batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+ and -). * Dim the room light if it's too bright. * Confirm you're using a compatible LG Installer Remote; contact your LG representative if needed.
