Step 16 Turn on the ice making water supply,
reconnect power and move the compressor rocker switch
to ON.
Step 17 Allow the ice machine to run for 10 minutes,
then place the compressor rocker switch in the OFF
position, disconnect power and discard all ice produced.

Warning
To prevent injury disconnect main supply power
to the dispenser (when used) before cleaning or
sanitizing.
Step 18 Clean and sanitize the bin/dispenser:
• Disconnect power to the dispenser to prevent injury.
• Use the cleaner and sanitizer ratios from the charts on
Page 21.
• Heavy accumulations of scale may require removal of
components for cleaning and sanitizing.
• Rinse parts with clear water after cleaning - do not
rinse parts after sanitizing.
• Spray all interior bin/dispenser surfaces with sanitizer
(do not rinse sanitized areas).
Step 19 Place the compressor rocker switch in the ON
position, reinstall all removed panels and restore power
to the ice machine and dispenser.
