10.6 - Emergency Brake
CAUTION!
When parking, or in case the brakes fail,
use the parking brake.
IMPORTANT:
If the brakes are not operating correctly,
please contact your local AGCO dealer
to fix the problem.
10.7 - Generic risks during the operation
• Make sure the PTO protection is installed when
the PTO shaft is not in use.
• Before engaging, disengaging, cleaning or
adjusting the TDO driven cropping platform,
shift the transmission to Neutral position,
remove the ignition key and make sure the
PTO shaft is stopped.
• Make sure all PTO protections are in place and
observe all the safety plates (Fig. 13).
• Make sure there is nobody near the machine
before starting the PTO.
• When operating with low visibility or in the
dark, use the harvester’s lights to field
operation and reduce the dislocation speed
(DO NOT use the service lights when driving
on roads, because those lights may be illegal
in some locations - except when used as back-
up lamp, because they make the drivers get
mixed up.)
• ?Reduce the speed when operating on
unleveled or slippery grounds or when leafage
obstruct the view.
• DO NOT make sharp turns at high speed.
