Rider Proles
The Rider Proles screen can be accessed by pressing the Quick
Access Key on either the Center Display or the Touchscreen. This
feature displays rider/user proles for cruise controls based on user
preferences for speed, ballast, and smart plate settings. Up to 16 rid-
er/user proles can be dened and stored. This information can also
be loaded via a USB connection.
Proles Screen–Soft Key Commands
PROFILES provides utilities for adding new users and editing
or deleting existing users.
NOTE: Soft key commands are touch commands on the
Touchscreen. (See image immediately above.)
UP-DOWN when positioned in the Name eld moves from user to
user already in the system.
NEW provides an interface to add new user information, which was
explained earlier.
SELECT provides the current rider/user prole and displays some
information on the Touchscreen, as well as a compilation of all user
information on the Center Display.
MODIFY selects and edits the existing user name information.
DELETE USER deletes the selected user name, after a conrmation
warning. A button will be displayed to the right of NEW.
Modify Current User
A user prole can be modied, using the Touchscreen.
Touch MODIFY to change an existing prole.
Touch the name to display the keyboard. Backspace through the
existing name and type a new name for the prole, using the touch
keypad, concluding by touching DONE.
Stereo Display
The Stereo display can be accessed by pressing the Quick Ac-
cess Key. This feature provides universal control to the Clarion stereo,
mimicking all the controls of a standard remote control. This includes
iPod and Thumb Drive music.
Stereo Display–Soft Key Commands
VOLUME UP-VOLUME DOWN controls the
volume.
PREV TRACK-NEXT TRACK plays the pre-
vious or next track of the current CD play-
ing.
PLAY/PAUSE toggles between Play and Pause modes
when a CD is playing.
SCAN to nd stations.
MODE (SOURCE) choose between iPod, USB and stereo.
MUTE mutes the volume on the stereo.
POWER ON/OFF.
