1) SYMPTOM:
a. 04B0 - LCB no communication response for over 3 seconds. .
2) SOLUTION:
a. Check the console cable connections at the LCB (Figure A) and UCB (Figure B).
b. Replace the console cable.
c. Replace the LCB.
