9.12 CONSOLE REPLACEMENT

1) Turn off power to the treadmill and disconnect the power cord.
2) Remove the 4 screws holding the back of the console to the front (Figure A).
3) Disconnect the wire connection attached to the back to the console and remove the console back (Figure B).
3) Remove the four 6mm screws from underneath the console (Figure C).
4) Disconnect the 6 wire connections from the console.
5) Remove the console (Figure D).
6) Reverse Steps 1-5 to install a new console. NOTe: Be sure to plug in the 6 wire connections removed in Step 4 (The 5 wire connections
shown in Figure E and the coax cable connection to the tuner). NOTe: There will be one extra 8 pin connector (Figure F) that is not used on
this model.
7) Test the treadmill for function as outlined in Section 9.21.
