The chart monitoring page shows the real-time state parameters of the current MTC and the error state
information (the explanation of the error state word is shown in table 1-5), while the curve monitoring
page mainly shows the set values and measured values of each MTC channel. On the chart monitoring
page, the user can do the following actions: download PID parameters, control start/stop, self-tuning
start/stop, Multi-step control execution.
5.Feature setting and function description
This chapter introduces the channel characteristics of MTC and various functions of MTC in detail.
5.1 Feature settings
The input channel characteristic of MTC is the linear relationship between the channel analog input
temperature A and the channel digital output D, which can be set by the user. Each channel can be
understood as the model shown in Figure 5-1. Because of its linear characteristics, as long as two points
P0 (A0, D0) and P1 (A1, D1) are determined, the characteristics of the channel can be determined.
Among them, D0 represents the channel output digital quantity when the analog input is A0, and D1
represents the channel output digital quantity when the analog input is A1.
