1) refrigeration defrosting sensor is free of failure, the measured temperature of defrosting
temperature-sensing head Trd ≥3℃ of the defrosting quit temperature, or the heater continuous
operation is up to 105min;
2) Freeze defrosting sensor is of failure, and the continuous operation is up to 30min.
Refrigerator defrosting steps:
Close the magnetic valve pipeline to refrigeration- turn on refrigeration fan motor –turn off fan once the
condition is met- terminate defrosting after 5min delay.
Defrosting principles of freezer ice-making compartment:
Freezer ice-making compartment defrosting refers to opening freeze evaporator heater strip and
ice-making evaporator heater strip under the situation that the press is off, with the increase in
temperature, the ice and frost on the evaporator melt into water and are discharged into the water pan of
the press bin for evaporation.
Defrosting steps of freezer ice-making compartment:
Compressor stop- turn off the fan motor after 3min-turn on defrosting heater-quit defrosting and heating
once the condition is met- start freeze fan motor for 15s after 3min delay- once the starting condition is
met, start the compressor-after waiting for 3min or the freeze evaporator temperature is below -20℃, the
fan motor will achieve normal operation.
Once one of the following condition is met, it is allowed to quit freezer defrosting heating:
1) Freeze defrost sensor is free of failure, the measured temperature of freeze defrost
temperature-sensing Tfd ≥8℃ of the defrosting quit temperature, or the heater continuous operation is up
to 60min;
2) Freeze defrosting sensor is of failure, and the heater continuous operation is up to 32min.
Once one of the following condition is met, it is allowed to quit ice-making compartment defrosting
heating:
3)Ice-making defrost sensor is free of failure, the measured temperature of ice-making defrost
temperature-sensing Tfd ≥8℃ of the defrosting quit temperature, or the heater continuous operation is up
to 60min;
4)Ice-making defrost sensor is of failure, and the heater continuous operation is up to 32min.
9.5 Open door alarm
When the refrigerator door, variable temperature chamber door and freezer door are opened or the ice
storage box in the ice-making compartment is taken away, the lamp of refrigerator, variable temperature
chamber and freezer will be lighten (the ice-making compartment is free of lamp), meanwhile, the
warming tone for door opening will ring; if the doors of refrigerator, variable temperature chamber and
freezer are opened or the ice storage box in the ice-making compartment is taken away for 120s, the
buzzer will give buzzer alarm, hereafter, it will give an alarm once every 1s till the doors are closed and
the ice storage box is put back. Or the buzzer alarm can be cancelled by pressing any key. If the ice
storage box in the ice-making compartment is taken away over 20min, the ice-making compartment will
turn off the refrigeration.
Note: when the door is open, the display screen is lit, after closing the door and free of button operation
for 30s, the display screen will automatically go out.
