4.20 P9, H9 Troubleshooting
Digital display output 4.20.1
Description 4.20.2
P9 indicates fan module protection. All units stop running.
H9 indicates that P9 protection has occurred 3 times in 60 minutes. When an H9 error occurs, a manual system restart
is required before the system can resume operation. The cause of an H9 error should be addressed promptly in order
to avoid system damage.
Error code is only displayed on the unit with the error.
Possible causes 4.20.3
Switch ENC2 incorrectly set.
Power or communication wires not connected properly.
Fan motor blocked or has failed.
Power supply abnormal.
AC filter board damaged.
Fan module damaged.
Main PCB damaged.
Procedure 4.20.4
The capacity set on switch ENC2 on the
main PCB and the capacity given on the
unit’s nameplate do not match

Ensure the setting on switch ENC2

Some power wires or communication
wires of fan module are not connected
