re-heat the grill for approx.
5 minutes with the door closed.

take the size of the meat and cooking
practices into account.

– Grill
Th
e grilling temperature is fixed and
cannot be changed.
– Fan grill
As a gener
al rule, select the lower
temperature. If higher temperatures
are used, the meat will brown on the
outside, but will not be properly
cooked through. Thin cuts can
generally be grilled at 220 °C, thicker
cuts at 180–200 °C.
