Select "Rinse" with one of the arrow sensors.

Push the milk spout of the cappuccinatore in as far as it will
go and place an empty cup underneath it.
^
Press the steam valve slowly downwards to connect it to
the cappuccinatore.
Hot water will now flow through the lid, giving it a quick rinse.
The following will appear in the display:
Cappuccinatore being rinsed
The rinsing process will finish automatically.
User profile drinks
If you have set the machine up for a specific user profile (see
"Setting up user profiles") you must first select the user
required and then the type of drink.

Select "User profile" with one of the arrow sensors.

Select "Select" with one of the arrow sensors and touch the
OK sensor.

Select the user profile you want with one of the arrow
sensors and touch the OK sensor.
A number will appear in the top line of the display beside the
user profile symbol n to show that a user profile has been
selected.
