To help prevent re-soiling, a proprietary
conditioning agent for stainless steel can also be
used. Follow the manufacturer's instructions on
the packaging.
Maintenance
The capsule hopper in the brew unit needs to be replaced
after about 15,000 cups of coffee. Replacement capsule
hoppers are available from the Miele Spare Parts Dept.
Settings

Select "Settings" with the arrow sensors and touch the OK
sensor.
^ Select "Maintenance" with the arrow sensors and touch the
OK sensor.
^ Select "Carry out" with the arrow sensors and touch the OK
sensor.
The capsule hopper inside the machine will be lowered. The
following will then appear in the display:
i Remove capsule plate and switch
master switch off
^
Open the machine door.
^
Take out the capsule plate.
Do not reach into the openings in the brew unit. Danger of
injury.
^
Pull the rubber connector downwards.
