Cappuccinatore (milk frother)
The cappuccinatore can be dismantled into several parts to
clean it properly. It is very important to clean the parts
thoroughly as otherwise the froth will not be produced
properly, if at all. It is best to clean the cappuccinatore in a
dishwasher - all parts are dishwasher-safe.

Dismantle the cappuccinatore lid and clean all the parts.
You will only be able to pull the valve out if the dot is set
between the symbols for hot milk and steam.
^ Reassemble the parts of the lid as shown. In order to insert
the valve correctly the dot on the valve must be at the top
right-hand side.
Ensure that all parts have been reassembled correctly and
that there is no gap between the two parts of the lid.
Also make sure that the reassembled lid is fitted onto the
cappuccinatore jug correctly. The valve sits above the
cappuccinatore handle. If this is not the case, the
cappuccinatore will not operate properly.
