Spray arm fault
Problem Cause and remedy
During the programme
and at the end of the
programme, the display
shows the following
message:
Check spray arms
The dishwasher does
not switch off at the end
of the programme.
The wash items may not
be clean because no
detergent was dis-
pensed. The Auto-
Dosfunction is auto-
matically deactivated
during the programme.
The lower spray arm is blocked or the jets of the
lower spray arm are clogged. The AutoDosfunc-
tion is automatically deactivated during the pro-
gramme because the AutoDos detergent outlet can-
not be completely flushed out.
Switch the dishwasher off and back on again.
Messages appear in the display.
Perform a rotation check of the lower spray arm
and rearrange the wash items if they are blocking
the spray arm.
Clean the lower spray arm (see “Cleaning and
care” chapter, “Cleaning the spray arms” section).
Select OK to confirm each message.
Start the programme again.
