Press
the
POWER
button
to
ON.
Turn
ON
the
TV.
Press
the
MENU
button.
Select
a
vacant
channel
position
on
the
TV
and
adjust
the
TV
tuning
until
a
clear
picture
of
the
menu
for
selecting
a
desired
language
is
visible
on
screen.
Press
the
MENU
button
to
exit
the
menu
for
selecting
a
desired
language.
Mi
VIDEO
CHANNEL
The
RF
converter
in
this
VCR
allows
pictures
and
sound
from
the
VCR
to
be
received
by
a
TV
via
its
aerial
socket
in
the
same
way
as
normal
broadcasts.
This
RF
converter
is
preset
to
UHF
channel
36,
setting
your
TV
receiver
to
this
frequency
will
allow
it
to
receive
VCR
playback.
e
Patterns
or
noise
the
VCR
channel
may
be
caused
by
interference
from
broadcasts
on
neighboring
channels.
These
can
be
cleared
by
adjusting
the
VIDEO
CHANNEL
setting
screw
and
then
repeating
the
tuning
procedure
above.
This
adjustment
requires
precision
and
care
and
we
recommend
that
you
consult
your
dealer.
MULTILANGUAGE
DISPLAY
The
language
used
in
on-screen
displays
can
be
selected
among
the
following
languages:
German,
English,
French,
Italian,
Spanish,
Portuguese,
Swedish
and
Dutch.
To
select
the
language,
proceed
as
follows.

Press
the
POWER
button
to
ON.
Turn
ON
the
TV
and
set
it
to
the
Video
Channel.
Press
the
MENU
button.
(The
menu
for
selecting
a
desired
language
appears
on
the
TV
screen.)

JOG
dial
to
move
the
cursor
until
it
is
to
the
left
of
desired
language.

Tum
the
SHUTTLE
ring
right.
(The
menu
for
selecting
a
desired
language
changes
to
the
VCR
MENU.)

Press
the
MENU
button
to
exit
the
VCR
MENU.

Throughout
this
manual,
all
displays
are
in
ENGLISH.
e
inthe
event
of
the
wrong
language
being
selected,
press
the
TIMER
RESET
button
to
cancel
the
selection
and
start
over
again.
