RECORDING
Load
a
cassette
with
the
erasure
prevention
tab
intact.
(Make
sure
that
there
is
sufficient
tape
to
be
recorded.)
Select
the
channel
you
want
to
record.
Select
the
desired
tape
speed
SP
or
LP.

OTR REC
TIME
button.
Recording
will
start
and
continue
for
the
length
of
time
indicated
by
the
OTR
recording
time
display
(up
to
4
hours
or
until
tape
end).
The
OTR
indicator
is
illuminated.
The
elapsed
time
counter
is
replaced
by
the
OTR
recording
time
display
as
shown
below.
During
OTR
recording
the
display
indicates
the
OTR
recording
time
remaining.

tab
removed

cassette

15).

tape
runs
out
during
OTR
recording,
the
unit
automatically
switches
to
stop
mode
and
power

turned
off.

button

resume
the

recording

completed

power
is
switched
off
automatically.
When
another
programme
has
been
set
in
programme
timer,
the
programmed
recording
indicator

programmed
recording
begins
at

start
time.

forward

Press
the

the
fluorescent
display
when
the
power
is
ON.
If
the
power
is
turned
off,
switching

power
back

reset
the
OTR
start
and
recording
times,
therefore
the
start
and
recording
time
will
have
to
be
set
again.
AUTO
OFF
TIMER
Using
auto
off-timer,
playback
time
can
be
programmed
in
15
minute
timed
intervals
up
to
4
hours
or
until
tape
end.
The
VCR
will
automatically
stop
and
turn
off
when
the
playback
time
is
elapsed.

Press
the
PLAY
button
to
begin
playback.

Press
the
OTR
REC
TIME
button
to
set
the
playback
time.
The
elapsed
time
counter
is
replaced
by
the
playback
time
display.
During
auto
off-timer
playback,
the
display
indicates
the
remaining
playback
time.
