4.7 Wiper
4.7.1 Installing the viper bracket
Install the wiper bracket at 35*5111111 above the throat plate,
4.7.2 Installing the wiper connecting arm
Locate the wiper connecting arm so that the rotary solenoid stopper
becomes effective when the wiper connecting crank end moves to 1 -
2mm lefward without the stopper, as shown in Fig. 20.
The connecting arm should be secured by the seres ® .

4.8 Cautions on installation of solenoid
When installing the solenoid, ad
just the solenoid in horizontal direc
tion so that the solenoid plunger
is accurately aligned with the
link. Make sure the reverse sewing
lever can smoothly move verti
cally and then tighten the solenoid
clamping screws.
