(c) Auto tuning operation
Auto tuning performs operation as shown below.
1) Auto tuning output is provided.
2) Data collection starts when the process value returns to the set value
after the first overshoot and undershoot.
3) After data collection, auto tuning ends when PID constants and loop
disconnection detection judgment time are set.
