4.8 Delete an entry
1. Press Menu . Phonebook is displayed.
2. Press OK , scroll d to Delete .
3. Press OK, the rst number in the phonebook is displayed. Scroll u or d to the entry
you want or search alphabetically and press OK .
4. Display shows Conrm? . Press OK to delete.
5. Press e to return to standby.
4.9 Delete all entries
1. Press Menu . Phonebook is displayed.
2. Press OK , scroll d to Delete all and press OK .
3. Display shows Conrm? . Press OK to delete.
4. Press e to return to standby.
4.10 Store a hotkey number
1. Press Menu . Phonebook is displayed.
2. Press OK , scroll d to Edit .
3. Press OK, scroll u or d to select either 1_Hotkey or 2_Hotkey , press OK .
4. Press Clear to delete characters. Enter the name and press OK to conrm.
5. Enter the number. Press Save to conrm. Press Clear to delete digits.
NOTE
Numbers stored to the phonebook cannot be saved as hotkey numbers.
4.11 IP number
The IT.6XC is compatible with IP dialling using an IP card. Store your IP access number,
language code, card number, and PIN code to the IT.6XC and you can dial them
automatically.
1. Press Menu . Phonebook is displayed.
2. Press OK , scroll d to IP number . Press OK .
3. Using the keypad key in the IP code, press and hold # to enter a pause.
Key in the language code press and hold

Key in the IP card number and PIN code.
4. Press Save to conrm.
