Appendix C Troubleshooting
Our quality control program ensures that each PowerRouter unit is manufactured to
exact specications and is thoroughly tested before leaving the factory. If you en-
counter difculty with the operation of your unit, please follow the steps below in an
effort to correct the problem.
• Check the LED display
• Check and record the error message on the LCD display or other communication
system available. Take appropriate action to correct the issue.
• If necessary, check the DC and AC voltages at terminals inside the inverter. Be
sure to observe all of the safety precautions listed throughout this manual when
doing so, or enlist the services of a qualied professional.
• If the system problem persists, contact technical support.
When contacting technical support, in order to better assist you, please provide the
following information.
Information Regarding the PowerRouter:
• Serial number
• Model Number
• Short description of the problem
• Display message
• Error messages in the Error Menu
