7-MAINTENANCE
Oillter-Replace
NOTE:Replacethehydraulicsystemoillteraftertherst50hoursofoperation,andthenfollowingevery250hours
ofoperationthereafter.
Thehydraulicsystemusesaspin-ontypeoillter,lo-
catedontheleftsideofthetractorbetweentherear
axlehousinganddrawbarsupport.Toreplacethelter
(1):
1.Unscrewtheusedoillteranddiscard.
2.Coatthegasketonthenewlterwithalmofcleanoil.
Screwthelterintoplaceuntilthegasketcontactsthe
sealingsurface,thentightenthelterbyhandapproxi-
matelythree-quartersofaturn.Donotovertighten.
3.Starttheengineandcheckthelterforleaks.
4.Stoptheengineandcheckthehydraulicsystemoil
level.Addoilifnecessary.
