Danger 1 — Lightning danger: Since cables from external
environment may connect to the system and they are exposed
to lightning, do not work on equipment or cables during periods
of lightning activity.
Danger 2 — Height danger: Falling from high elevations can
cause serious injury or death. Caution should be observed
whenever performing aerial installations.
Danger 3 — Power danger:
• Hazardous electrical voltages and currents can cause
serious physical harm or death. Always use insulated tools
and follow proper safety precautions when connecting or
disconnecting power circuits.
• Make sure all sources of power are turned off and have no
live voltages present on feed lines or terminals. Use a
voltmeter to measure for voltage before proceeding.
• Always contact the local utility company before connecting
the equipment to power.
