4. Pop-up messages and troubleshooting
Pop-up messages
Device pop-up messages may appear on your screen to alert you of a required action,
device status update, or reminder. When the pop-up message appears, follow any required
actions. See table below or the “Troubleshooting” section later in this manual for additional
solutions to problems you may be experiencing. Tap “Dismiss” to close the pop-up
message.
If you are unable to resolve the problem, contact your home care provider or Philips.

Remove any obstructions
from the inlet or lter. Clean or
replace lter as needed.
Blockage at device inlet

Ensure mask and tube are
connected properly without
any obstruction.
Blockage at tube or mask
Check tube is not crushed or folded such that air
ow is restricted.
Alert
Contact support
There may be a problem with
your heated tube. Therapy will
run without heating the tube.
Heated tube may be overheated or damaged.
Turn o device.
Detach heated tube from humidier, make sure that
tube is not covered or obstructed, and then reattach
to humidier.
If alert continues, contact your provider.

Contact Support
There may be a problem with
your humidier. Therapy will
run without humidication.
Turn o device and disconnect from power. Visually
check that electrical contacts are clear, then
reconnect power cord. If alert continues, contact
your provider.
