PIAGGIO NRG 50 User Manual

- Tighten to the specified torque the previously
loosened screws of the calliper mounting bracket.
After having refitted the front wheel, check the distance between the speed sensor and the brake disc.
- Unscrew and remove the fixing screw of the
speed sensor.
- Remove the speed sensor together with the
washers.
Check the distance between the speed sensor and
shim with washers according to the obtained val-
ue.
- If the "x" distance is below 3.65 mm, shim with 4
washers;
- If the "x" distance is comprised between 3.65 and
3.95 mm, shim with 3 washers;
- If the "x" distance is comprised between 3.95 and
4.2 mm, shim with 2 washers;
- If the "x" distance is comprised between 4.2 and
4.45 mm, shim with 1 washer;
- If the "x" distance is comprised between 4.45 and
4.95 mm, do not insert washers.
