Hydraulic hose - Front brake pump 22.5 ± 2.5 Nm
Front brake disc - Wheel rim 9.0 ± 1.0 Nm
Front brake pump - Handlebar 9 ± 1 Nm
Oil bleed screw 10.0 ± 2.0 Nm
REAR BRAKE
Name Torque in Nm
Hydraulic hose - Rear brake pump 15.0 ± 3.0 Nm
Rear brake pump - Handlebar 9.0 ± 1.0 Nm
Rear brake disc - Wheel rim 9.0 ± 1.0 Nm
Brake calliper - Carter 22.5 ± 2.5 Nm
Oil bleed screw 10.0 ± 2.0 Nm
Rear brake calliper
Removal
To remove the rear brake calliper:
- remove the mudguard.
- first drain the brake fluid from the rear braking
system.
- Unscrew the screws fastening the mudguard
support bracket.
