6. Loosen the two screws "G" and hence remove the fairing mid-joining segment (de-
taching the license plate lamp connector), in order to allow for the removal of the
underlying fixings "H".
The figure shows the removal of the LHS fairing; the RHS may be removed following
the same procedure.
