Engine oil filter
- Change oil when the engine is hot.
- Place a container under the oil sump and remove
the oil drainage cap.
- After draining the oil, clean the mesh filter with a
specific solvent and then blow it with compressed
air.
- The filter can be reached after removing cap
"A" (see figure).
- After this operation, refit the filter and screw the
oil cap at the prescribed torque using a new O-
Ring
- Refill the engine with oil through the oil filling hole
located in the oil sump.
- Engine oil capacity: ~ 850 cc.
- Lock the cap manually.
N.B.
MAKE THE ENGINE TURN FOR A COUPLE OF MINUTES
AND THEN CONTROL OIL LEVEL WHEN THE ENGINE IS
COLD. THE LEVEL SHOULD ALWAYS BE BELOW THE
MAX. NOTCH.
N.B.
IF IT IS THE 1ST TIME IT IS FILLED OR CHECKED, ADD 850
CC OF ENGINE OIL. IN ANY OTHER CIRCUMSTANCE OR
FOR TOP-UPS, ADD 650 CC.
