16. Canvas (oponal)
The oponal canvas consists of a bimini with frame.
Bimini
When not in use, the bimini can be stored in an a posion where it does not interfere with the use of
the boat. In this posion, always make sure that the bimini is secured in the canvas boot. To use the
bimini, remove the canvas boot and rotate the two bimini frames forward and secure the bimini
straps to the deck trail. DO NOT OPERATE YOUR BOAT WITHOUT THE BIMINI STRAPS ATTACHED TO
THE DECK.
When the ski pole is not in use, it can be stored inside the a bench seat.
The ski pylon is only used for water skiing or wakeboarding. If you are tubing or engaging in other
recreaonal towing, Quicksilver® recommends that you aach the tow rope to the stern eyes at the
transom of your boat.
The deck plate is a downooding point. When the ski pole is
not in use, verify that the deck plate is properly installed.
Failure to do so may result in injury or death.
Remove the ski pylon from the base before raising engine to
trailer mode to avoid any damage to the engine cowl.
Only tow water skis or wakeboards. Do not tow parasails,
kits, or other boats. Do not tow more than two persons at
one me. Use cauon with skier in tow as rope may snap
back into cockpit when released. Failure to follow these
guidelines may result in injury or death.
NEVER OPERATE THE VESSEL WITH CANVAS ENCLOSURE
UNLESS THERE IS VENTILATION THROUGHOUT THE BOAT.
Any forward and a canvas panels must be removed to
allow air ow through the boat so Carbon Monoxide cannot
accumulate.

NEVER TRAILER THE CANVAS BIMINI IN THE UPRIGHT
POSITION.
The bimini canvas must be secured in the canvas boot with
the rails in the stored posion before trailering.
