5. Fuses and Breakers
Your boat will either have fuses or breakers protecng the DC electrical system. If you have to replace
a fuse or electrical breaker, replace only with a fuse or breaker of the same rang. The amperage will
be marked on the fuse or breaker, and it is recommended that you carry spare fuses or breakers.
Use only fuses and breakers having the same amperage
rang as the original or as specied. Use of higher
amperage fuses or breakers is a re hazard.
Located on the baery switch panel, there are two thermal breakers, while at the helm, there is an a
fuse panel accessible via the console storage hatch. To access, simply remove the snap curtain located
on the a wall of the console.

If a fuse or breaker is replaced with one that has a lower amperage, it may not be sucient to carry
the electrical load of the equipment it is connected to and will cause nuisance failures. If a fuse or
breaker is replaced with one that has a higher amperage, it will not provide protecon against an
electrical malfuncon and could create a possible re hazard.
