Disc sander
Thin, sealable plastic bag (optional)

Silicone grease (optional)
Mineral oil 2.4 fl oz. (71 mil)
Cored fiberglass hull installation:
Drill
Hole saw for hull interior4" (100 mm)
Miniature disk sander
Casting epoxy (polyproxy #7035/7040)or resin
Paper cup
Stirrer
Testing the Selected Mounting Location
Establishing a Performance Baseline
The results of this test are used to determine the best in-hull location
for a transducer.
1. Taketheboat tothe maximumdepthfor which yourinstrumentis
rated, or the maximum depth in which you will operate the fish-
finder.
2. Connectthe transducer to the fishfinder. Refer to Transducer
Cable Connections on page 39.
