Note: if the regulation is inverted, change the value of the function F.52 Regulation inversion
F.51 - Complete Servo Center
This function calculates the width of the actuator.
When you execute this function pay attention to the actuator: it moves from its position and performs a
complete run to the right and to the left.
At the end of the Servo Center, the actuator stops in the position set on function F.10.
F.52 - Regulation inversion
This function is used to invert the regulation direction in relation to what the system detected during
calibration.
Range: 0=Off: the regulation direction is the same as the calibration, 1=On: the regulation direction is
inverted.
Default value: 0=Off
F.60 - Display brightness
This function sets the brightness of the display. Increase the value to increase the brightness of the
display.
Range: 1÷15
Default value: 5
F.90 - Password
This function sets a protection password, which must be entered to access the programming menu, to
ensure that the settings are not tampered accidentally by unauthorised persons.
Press the write key to enter the F.50 function and start the calibration.
The system switches to the MAN status.
remove the material from the sensor and wait for the display to show the maximum value
(acceptable maximum value: between 4.5 and 5.0); insert the material in the sensor and
wait for the display to show the minimum value (acceptable minimum value: at least 1V
less than the maximum value). If the minimum value is displayed in white it means that it is
acceptable, whilst if it remains red it means that the difference between minimum value
and maximum value is less than 1V: not acceptable.
Important! Use the same material that will be processed on the machine.
Press the + key to reach the F.51.
Press the write key to start the actuator calibration.
Attention! The actuator moves, performing a complete Servo Center. Wait for it to
stop.
Press the enter key to end the calibration.
