Preparation for using as a fax machine
1. Connect the machine to the telephone line.

2. Configure the telephone network settings.

3. Configure the time and date.

4. Register the destinations to the Address Book using Web Image Monitor.

Using the Machine with an External Telephone
You can use this machine as a fax machine and also use the same telephone line for voice calls.
