2 INSTALLATION
2.1 Unpacking the product
RTC boilers are delivered in two separate packs.
The rst contains:
− the boiler body inside a protective bag;
− ue cleaning brush;
− ceramic insulation;
− documentation envelope (A) containing:
instruction manual
Copy of H-2 Form
Ceramic insulation (within combustion chamber)
data label (to be applied to the casing on completion of
the installation)
water treatment instructions

The second contains:
− the boiler casing complete with installation accessories,
protected by cardboard packing and a wooden crate.

The instruction manual is an integral part of the boiler. Once
located, read it thoroughly and keep it safe.

Keep the documentation envelope in a safe place. Any re-
placement documents must be ordered from Riello S.p.A. who
reserve the right to charge for the cost of the replacement.
