Confirm that the NAS IP address and the camera IP address are in the same format.
ex) The NAS & camera subnet mask initial value is 255.255.255.0.
If the IP address is 192.168.20.32 then the NAS IP address should be in the range of
192.168.20.1~192.168.20.255.

Check whether you tried to access as another user without formatting the default folder saved
or used.

Confirm that you used recommended NAS equipment.
4. Once the setting is complete, change the setting of the NAS from <Off> to <On>
and click the [Apply (
)] button.
5. Access the NAS to check the available capacity and the total capacity.
6. If the capacity is insufficient, check the data and click the [Format] button to format
the NAS on your own.

Due to network access errors, you might be unable to save the NAS temporarily.

The data traffic will increase when the camera is set to higher resolution, higher bit rate, and/or higher
framerate.
If there is too much data traffic, some frame may be skipped although it is stored in a full frame.

When a frame skip occurs, images are saved at the rate of min. one image per sec.
