4.2 Storage
If combiner boxes are not put into operation immediately, they need to be
stored under specific environmental conditions:
Store combiner boxes with outer packages in a ventilated, dry and tidy
indoor environment with desiccant retained.
The storage carriers should be solid enough to carry the weight of the outer
packages of the bus boxes.
The number of stacking layers of multiple combiner boxes should not exceed
the "stacking layer limit" marked on the outer boxes.
The packing boxes should not be tilted or inverted.
Pay attention to ventilation and moisture prevention when storing equipment.
Accumulated water is strictly prohibited in the storage environment.
The storage environment should be at the temperature of -40 ℃ ~ +70 ℃
and the relative humidity of 0 ~ 95%, and free of condensation.
Pay attention to the surrounding harsh environment, such as sudden cold,
sudden heating, collision, etc., so as to avoid damage to the combiner
boxes.
If the combiner boxes have been stored for half a year or a longer time,
comprehensive inspection and testing by professionals are required before
they can be put into operation.
Carry out regular inspection at the frequency of not lower than once a week.
Check whether the packaging is intact and avoid insect bites. If the outer
packaging is damaged, replace it immediately.
