Hot Liquid Container Operation
The master control switch panel located in the galley header controls the hot liquid
containers. Pressing the switch once will turn the hot liquid container heater on,
pressing again will turn heater off.
Caution: Do NOT turn hot liquid container heater on when tank is empty.
Manual Overboard Drain Operation (for Ice Chest)
The ice-chest drawer located in the lower section of the galley is equipped with a
manual drain valve used to empty water from the ice chest. To open drain valve:
1. Open ice-chest drawer.
2. Turn drain valve counter-clockwise
to the open position.
