4）Installation of Power Tilt Ass'y
1. Fully tilt up outboard motor and lock with tilt stopper 1.

2. Install bushing 3 on the tilt cylinder rod 2.

3. Attach pivot bushings 5 (2) to clamp bracket 1.
4. Place power tilt ass'y 6 between clamp brackets 1.
5. Put tilt cylinder pivot pin (lower) 2 in the hole of clamp
bracket 1 to secure power tilt ass'y 6.
6. Put washer 3 and bolt 4 on the pin (lower) 2 and tighten
the bolt to specified torque.
