HINWEISE
RECOMMANDATIONS
WSKAZÓWKI
• This equipment must not be used
even partially by unauthorised
personnel.
• The shop foreman or department
manager is responsible for equip-
ment operator training and for
checking training level achieved.
• The equipment must not be used
for purposes other than those is
was designed for.
• Read carefully the warning notices
attached to the equipment.
• Do not remove the warning notices
attached to the equipment.
• While the equipment is running,
do not service, repair, adjust the
equipment or carry out any other
operation not strictly required by
the work cycle. Before any of the
above listed operations, always
disconnect the equipment from all
electric power and compressed air
supply sources.
• Do not remove the guards and the
safety devices on the equipment.
• Do not start to work with protec-
tions opened or do not open them
during the work.
• Always wear safety gloves when
working on the equip-ment.
• At the end of the work shift, always
disconnect the equip-ment from
the electric and compressed air
supplies.
• Any repair, service or maintenance
work, whether electrical or other-
wise, must be in compliance with
CEI standards 64.8 462.2 463.1

• The equipment may not be used
for inammable uids or potentially
explosive solid parts.

Directive2006/42/CE.
• Jegliche auch teilweise Bedienung
des Geräts durch hierzu nicht aus-
drücklich autorisiertes Personal
ist untersagt.
• Der Betriebsleiter ist dafür verant-
wortlich, daß das zur Bedienung
autorisierte Personal in der Be-
dienung des Geräts geschult wird.
• Das Gerät darf zu keinem ande-
ren Zweck als zu dem in diesem
Handbuch beschriebenen verwen-
det werden.
• Die Gefahren- und Hinweisschil-
der an der Maschine müssen
beachtet werden.
• Es ist verboten, die Gefahren- und
Hinweisschilder an der Maschine
zu entfernen.
• Wartungs-, Reparatur-, und/oder
vom Hersteller autorisierte Än-
derungsarbeiten dürfen nicht bei
laufendem Gerät durchgeführt
werden. Vor der Durchführung
solcher Arbeiten muß zuerst die
Strom- und Druckluftversorgung
zum Ge-rät unterbrochen werden.
• Es ist verboten, die am Gerät
angebrachten Schutz- und Sicher-
heitseinrichtungen zu entfernen.
• Schutzeinrichtungen am Gerät
dürfen bei Kontroll-, War-tungs-,
Reparatur- und/oder Änderungs-
arbeiten weder fehlen noch wäh-
rend dieser Arbeiten entfernt
werden.
• Nur mit Schutzhandschuhen am
Gerät arbeiten.
• Bei Betriebsschluß jeweils die
Strom- und die pneumatische Ver-
sorgung zum Gerät unterbrechen.
• Für alle elektrischen und nicht
elektrischen Wartungsarbeiten die
Vorschriften der Normen:
CEI EN 60204-1
UNI EN 1037
UNI EN 1088
UNI EN 953 beachten.
• Der Einsatz des Geräts für
brennbare Flüssigkeiten oder
explosive Feststoffe ist verboten.
Außerdem ist es verboten, das
GerätinBetriebzunehmen,be-
vordie Maschine/Anlage, indie
eseingebautist,mitdenBestim-
mungenderMaschinenrichtlinie
2006/42/EGfür konform erklärt
wurde.

signalétiques et de danger appo-
sées sur l’équipement.
• Il est interdit d’enlever de l’équipe-
ment les plaques de signalisation
et de danger.
• Il est interdit d’effectuer la main-
tenance, réparer, modier ou de
faire tout ce qui n’est pas stric-
tement nécessaire au cycle de
travail quand la machine est en
marche. Il est obligatoire de déta-
cher toute alimentation électrique
et pneumatique à la machine.
• Il est interdit de démonter les pro-
tections et les sécurités présentes
sur la machine.
• Il est interdit de commencer le tra-
vail avec les protections ouvertes
ou de les ouvrir pendant le travail.
• Le port des gants de protection
est obligatoire pour travailler sur
la machine.
• A la n des périodes de travail
débrancher toujours la machine
des alimentations électriques et
pneumatique.
• Toute maintenance électrique
et autre doit être conforme aux
normes:

• Il est interdit d’utiliser le distribu-
teur avec des uides inammables
ou explosibles.
Enoutre il est interdit de les
mettre en fonction avant que
lamachine/  l’installation dans

auxdispositions de la Directive
machine2006/42/CE.
• Instalacja i obsługa urządzenia lub
jego części przez nieuprawnione
do tego osoby jest zabroniona.
• Kierownik zakładu odpowiedzialny
jest za to, aby personel oddelego-
wany do pracy z maszyną został
odpowiednio przeszkolony w
zakresie jej obsługi.
• Zabrania się użycia maszyny do
celów innych niż te wymienione w
jej dokumentacji technicznej.
• Należy uważnie przeczytać i
zastosować się do komunikatów
informacyjno-ostrzegawczych,
umieszczonych na urządzeniu.
• Usuwanie z maszyny komunikatów
informacyjno-ostrzegawczych jest
zabronione.
• Prowadzenie prac konserwacyj-
nych i naprawczych, wprowadza-
nie autoryzowanych zmian oraz
wykonywanie innych czynności
przy pracującej maszynie, jest
niedozwolone. Przed dokonaniem
ingerencji w maszynę należy ko-
niecznie odłączyć ją od zasilania
prądem elektrycznym wzgl. sprę-
żonym powietrzem.
• Usuwanie zamontowanych w/na
maszynie elementów/urządzeń
ochronnych i zabezpieczających
jest zabronione.
• Niedozwolone jest rozpoczynanie
pracy przy otwartych osłonach
lub ich otwieranie w czasie pracy
maszyny.
• Urządzenie należy obsługiwać
zawsze w rękawicach ochronnych.
• Po zakończeniu pracy należy
zawsze odłączyć urządzenie od
zasilania prądem elektrycznym.
• Wszystkie naprawy, prace serwi-
sowe, lub konserwacyjne, zarów-
no elektryczne jak i inne muszą
być przeprowadzane zgodnie z
mającymi zastosowanie regula-
cjami.
• Wszelkie naprawy, prace serwiso-
we lub konserwacyjne, zarówno
elektryczne jak i inne należy wyko-
nywać zgodnie z obowiązującymi
normami CEI 64.8 462.2 463.1
