3.Lubricatetheltergasketwithcleandieselfuel.
4.Installthedryltercanister,byhand,untilthe
gasketcontactsthelterhead,thenrotateitan
additional1/2turn.
5.Starttheengineandcheckforfuelleaksaround
thelterhead.

Thefuelpick-uptubeislocatedinsidethefueltank.
Thepick-uptubeisequippedwithascreentohelp
preventdebrisfromenteringthefuelsystem.Remove
thefuelpick-uptubeandcleanscreenasrequired.

Important:Beforeweldingonthemachine,
disconnectbothcablesfromthebattery,both
wireharnessplugsfromtheelectroniccontrol
modules,andtheterminalconnectorfromthe
alternatortopreventdamagetotheelectrical
system.

machine.Disconnectthenegativeterminalrst
andthepositivelast.Connectthepositiveterminal
rstandthenegativelast.
•Chargethebatteryinanopen,well-ventilated
area,awayfromsparksandames.Unplugthe
chargerbeforeconnectingordisconnectingthe
battery.Wearprotectiveclothinganduseinsulated
tools.
