2.Shutofftheengineandremovethekey.
3.Opentherearaccesscover.
4.Placeadrainpanunderthelter(Figure61).

6.Applyathincoathydraulicuidtotherubber
gasketonthereplacementlter.
7.Installthereplacementhydrauliclterontothe
lteradapter(Figure61).Tightenitclockwise
untiltherubbergasketcontactsthelteradapter,
thentightenthelteranadditional3/4turn.
8.Cleanupanyspilleduid.
9.Starttheengineandletitrunforabout2minutes
topurgeairfromthesystem.
10.Shutofftheengine,removethekey,andcheck
forleaks.
11.Checktheuidlevelinthehydraulictank
andadduidtoraisetheleveltothemarkon
dipstick;refertoCheckingtheHydraulic-Fluid
Level(page43).
