Limited Two (2) Year Warranty on Picture Tube*
TACPfrHI further warrant the picturetube in this televisionagainst
defectsin materialsor workmanship for a period oftwo (2) years
after the date of original retail purchase.DURING THIS PERIOD,
TACP/THI WILL, AT TACP/THI'S OPTION,REPAIROR REPLACE
A DEFECTIVEPICTURETUBE WITH A NEW OR REFURBISHED
PICTURETUBEWITHOUT CHARGE TOYOU, EXCEPTTHAT,IF
A DEFECTIVEPICTURETUBE IS REPAIREDOR REPLACED
AFTERONE (1) YEAR FROM THE DATEOFTHE ORIGINAL
RETAILPURCHASE, YOU PAYLABOR CHARGES INVOLVED
IN THE REPAIROR REPLACEMENT.
Rental Units
Thewarrantyfor rental unitsbegins with the date of first rental
or thirty (30) daysfrom the date of shipmentto the rentalfirm,
whichevercomes first.
*Commercial Units
Televisionssold and used for commercialpurposeshavea limited
ninety (90) day warrantyfor all parts,labor,and picture tubes.
Owner's Manual and Product Registration Card
Readthis owner's manualthoroughlybefore operatingthis television.
Completeand mailthe enclosed product registrationcardwithin ten
daysafter you,or the person who hasgivenyou this product as a
gift, purchasedthis television.Returningthe product registration
card wit]enableTACPfrHI to provideyou with better customer
serviceand improvedproduct support. Failureto returnthe product
regishation card will notaffectyour rights under this warranty.
Your Responsibility
THE ABOVEWARRANTIESARE SUBJECTTO THE FOLLOWING

Labor servicecharges for set installation,setup,adjustmentof
customercontrols, and installationor repair of antennasystems
are not covered by these warranties.Receptionproblems
causedby inadequateantennasystemsare your responsibility.
Warrantiesextendonlyto defects in materialsor workmanship
as limited aboveand do not extendto anytelevisionor parts that
havebeen lost or discardedby you or to damageto televisionor
parts causedby misuse,accident,Acts of God (such as lightning
or fluctuations in electric powe0, improper installation,improper
maintenance,or use in violationof instructions furnishedby
TACPfrHI; or to unitsthat havebeenmodified or had the serial
number removed,altered,defaced,or renderedillegible.

should havediscovered,the defect.Thislimitation does not applyto
implied warrantiesarising under the law of anystateof the U.S.A.
