2.Temperature sensor (see figure 17)
The temperature sensor changes the output resistance
through the changes in peripheral temperatures. The
hotter the sensor is, the lower the resistance becomes.
The temperature sensor is generally used in engine braking,
air ventilation, flow, fuel temperature and other equipment.
Testing Procedure:
(1) The same as in the resistance testing method.
(2) When the general temperature of a heating sensor
rises, its resistance will drop. The thermal resistance
of the temperature sensor of the automotive engine
is generally less than 300 .
