Check engine oil level in infotainment display.
Note
♦
Park the vehicle on a horizontal surface with the engine at op‐
erating temperature and wait for a few minutes so that the oil
can flow back into the sump.
♦
The vehicle has no oil dipstick in the engine compartment. The
current engine oil level can be called up in the infotainment
system screen.
– Switch on ignition.
– Press infotainment CAR button.
– Press Service function button.
A - Do not top up oil
B - Oil can be topped up (approx. 0.5 litre)
C - Oil must be topped up (approx. 1.0 litre)
Caution
If the engine oil level is too low, top up suitable engine oil in
small qualities to prevent pouring in too much engine oil. En‐
gine oil specifications ⇒ page 5 .
– After topping up, wait for a while to allow the oil to flow into the
sump.
– Check engine oil level again.
