4.5 SPRAYING PROCESS
4.5.1 AIRCOAT ROUND JET SPRAY PROCESS
In the AirCoat process, high pressure of 3-15 MPa; 30-150 bar; 435-2176 psi is used to atomize the material.
The air at 0-0.25 MPa; 0-2.5 bar; 0-36 psi produces a soft jet. The size of the spray jet can be adjusted by turning
the nozzle nut.

4.5.2. AIRCOAT ATOMIZING FLAT JET SPRAY PROCESS
In the AirCoat process, high pressure of 3-15 MPa; 30-150 bar; 435-2176 psi is used to atomize the material.
The AirCoat air at 0-0.25 MPa; 0-2.5 bar; 0-36 psi produces a soft jet, which largely eliminates the problem of
overlapping boundaries. There´s a possibility to reduce the jet by form air.
