B.1 Menu Description
There is no menu option for capacity selection - simply “Plug and Play”. The
gage capacity is fixed by the built in load cell. The capacity is displayed during
the power-on sequence (see section C. Gage Operation).
FDX features are configured using the set-up menu. First the category of features is
selected, then the configuration value is reviewed or changed if needed.

B.2 Menu Operations
B.2.1 Menu Access
• Power off the gage.
• Press & hold ZERO/SELECT
• Then press & release ON/OFF
• Hold ZERO/SELECT until SELC is displayed
• Then release ZERO/SELECT
The display will automatically step through several
screens before the menu can be used.
Display 1 – LCD test.
All segments of the display are momentarily highlighted
providing a self-test for each LCD segment.
Display 2 – Select.
SELC is displayed as long as the ZERO/SELECT button
is held, indicating that menu selections may begin.
Display 3 – Menu category.
The first menu category is unit.
