All charging specifications are at nominal conditions: ambient
temperature of 77 °F (25 °C), 120 VAC, 60 Hz input, unless otherwise
specified.

Without a battery temperature

Three settings with the following temperature
values:
• Cool 50 °F (10 °C)
• Warm 77 °F (25 °C)
• Hot 104 °F (40 °C)
The default value for this setting is Hot, and it can
only be changed by a dealer, factory, or service
centre.
With a battery temperature
sensor
The temperature compensation coefficients on a
12 volt battery are as follows:
• Flooded: 27 mV × (25 °C – BTS °C)
• Gel: 27 mV × (25 °C – BTS °C)
• AGM: 21 mV × (25 °C – BTS °C)
