1 Overview
This guide describes the configuration procedures required for the Yealink T4x Series for
interoperability with BroadWorks. This includes the following models:

The T4x Series is an IP phone that uses the Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) to
communicate with BroadWorks for call control.
This guide describes the specific configuration items that are important for use with
BroadWorks. It does not describe the purpose and use of all configuration items on the
T4x IP Phone. For those details, see the Yealink T4x IP Phone User Guide [1] supplied
by Yealink.
