MasterofZESRDomainsendsHEALTHpacketfromtheprimaryportincycle.
Ifthelooplinkiscompletestate(theloopisconnected),thenHEALTHpacket
isreceivedbythesecondaryport,ifthesecondaryportdoesnotreceivethe
HEALTHpacket,thenthelinkstateislinkfailure.
Whenthereismalfunctionsomewhere,theadjacentnodedetectsthemalfunction
andinformsthemaster.Theloopislinkfailure.
