Type designation labels
 Inverter label
The type designation label of the inverter includes the ratings, valid markings, a type
designation and a serial number. The type designation label is attached to the front cover
of the inverter cabinet.
No. Description
1 Type designation, refer to Type designation key on page 28.
2 Degree of protection and short-circuit capacity
3 Serial number. The first digit of the serial number refers to the manufacturing plant. The next four
digits refer to the unit’s manufacturing year and week, respectively. The remaining digits are unique
to the unit.
